Network Care and Support, under the leadership of Ms Heidi Rutter, provided regular one-to-one support (weekdays and, latterly, weekends) for my brother Mr RW both at his home and in his daycare centre from late 2019 until March 2022. Richard had extremely severe physical and learning needs, which Network accommodated by providing targeted physical and social support. Administration: The service provided by Ms Rutter and her administrative team was consistently of very high quality, evidencing a well-led organisation. Our requests and concerns were dealt with promptly, efficiently, and effectively - including outside normal office hours when necessary, demonstrating a genuine willingness to help. One-to-one support: A special effort was made to match the support person with Richard’s particular needs, both physical and social. Members of the support team were reliable, well-trained, caring, courteous, and considerate. They established a good relationship with Richard and were responsive to his personal needs and preferences. We were entirely satisfied with the service provided by Network, which often went above and beyond what was expected.

Hi, I'm John. I have learning disabilities, and for a long time, I found it hard to engage with my community. I often felt isolated and relied heavily on others for my daily needs. But everything started to change when I began receiving support from Network Care and Support. With the help of my dedicated carer, Sarah, I started to explore my local area. Sarah took the time to understand my interests and goals, and together, we created a plan to help me gain confidence and independence. We began with small steps, like visiting the local park and grocery store. Sarah was always there with gentle encouragement and practical support, helping me navigate these new experiences. As I grew more comfortable, we expanded our activities. Sarah introduced me to a community center where I could join various classes and social events. I discovered a love for painting and joined an art class. It was amazing to make new friends and express myself creatively. Network Care and Support also helped me develop essential life skills. Sarah taught me how to use public transportation, manage my finances, and prepare simple meals. These skills empowered me to take control of my daily life and reduced my reliance on others. Over time, I became more independent and confident. I even started volunteering at the community center, helping others with similar challenges. My newfound independence and sense of purpose brought joy and fulfillment to my life. My story is a testament to the positive impact that Network Care and Support can have on individuals with learning disabilities. With the right support and encouragement, I was able to access my community, build meaningful relationships, and regain my independence.

Network Care and Support has been a lifeline for our family. My son requires complex care, and the team has been nothing short of amazing. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication have provided my son with the highest quality of care, ensuring his needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism. The support we have received has not only improved my son's well-being but has also brought us peace of mind. Knowing that he is in such capable and caring hands has made a world of difference. We are deeply grateful for everything Network Care and Support has done for us.

Evelyn has been using care services since September 2021, and in that time with her permanent carer she has improved a great deal. Evelyn is a lot more relaxed less stressed and more like the Eve we know. Her legs have got better due to the dedication of the carer, which has made her more mobile.
