Working at the child contact centre is both challenging and rewarding. I help create a safe space for children to meet their non-resident parents. Seeing families reconnect and rebuild their relationships is incredibly fulfilling. The support from my colleagues and the training provided have been invaluable. Despite the tough situations some families face, knowing we make a difference keeps me motivated. It's a privilege to help families heal and reconnect.

Supporting Liam, a young boy with autism, in community activities has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing him make his first friend and grow more confident is fulfilling. The training and resources from my organization have been invaluable. Being a community carer is about fostering growth and independence.

Supporting Sophie, a young girl in crisis, has been challenging but rewarding. Providing emotional support and ensuring her safety helped her open up and start healingSeeing Sophie regain confidence was incredibly fulfilling.
