Are you a Business Support Administrator looking for a varied, hands-on role where you will support a growing Alternative Learning Provision and develop into an Admin Lead within the next two years?
This is not a desk-only role.

You will be supporting a fast-growing Alternative Learning Provision where no two days look the same.

Duties will range from liaising with commissioning authorities and supporting referrals to assisting with rota planning, sourcing cover, and supporting learner logistics, including occasional pickups and drop-offs.

Network Learning Pathways delivers personalised, flexible learning pathways for young people who are not thriving in mainstream education, supporting them to build confidence and prepare for their next steps into education, employment, or independence. This role will suit someone adaptable, practical, and comfortable supporting different areas of the business as needed.

This role will suit someone who wants more than routine admin — someone who wants responsibility, development, and a clear progression pathway within a growing education provision.

The Role

  • Business and operational admin support
  • Liaison with commissioning authorities and referrals
  • Rota support and cover coordination
  • Learner logistics and coordination

The Person
  • Level 3 in Business Administration or willingness to complete Level 3
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Flexible and comfortable managing changing priorities
  • Keen to progress into an Admin Lead role within 2 years, with Level 5 progression available
